All virtual asset service providers (VASPs) in both the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Jersey are now required to register with their respective financial regulators, following the coming into force of the BVI Virtual Asset Service Providers Act 2022 and the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment No. 6) (Jersey) Order 2022.
